The Company have applied the extension for AGM to Ministry of Company Affairs due to reason of fire accident occurred in the Company's subsidiary Company Durga Dairy Ltd., Vijayawada. The Company have received the letter from Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh Government of India, Ministry of Company Affairs granting extension for Annual General Meeting upto December 31, 2011. |
