1. Adopted the audited accounts for the year ended March 31, 2010, Directors’ Report and Auditors’ Report thereon;
2. Approved the appointment of the following Directors subject to retirement by rotation:
i. Dr. B. S. Adityan
ii. Sri. N. Srinivasan
3. Approved the appointment of Auditors M/s. S. Viswanathan, Chartered Accountants, Chennai, at a remuneration, terms & conditions.
4. Approved the appointment of Sri. K. Suresh as "Manager" of the Company. |
