| Exchange Disseminated Time | Alpine Housing Development Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that at the EGM of the company held on March 11, 2004, the members of the company have approved the following:-
1. To increase the authorised share capital of the company to Rs.6,50,00,000.
2. To create, issue, offer and allot 15,00,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to the promoters and their associates whether or not they are members of the company on preferential allotment basis to the extent and in one or more trenches and in the manner as may be decided by the Board in this behalf.
