1. To appoint Ms. Madhuri Bohra as Non-executive woman Director on the Board of the Company.
2. The Company Secretary of the Company will be appointed after receipt of applications and selection of suitable candidate.
3. The Chief Financial Officer of the Company will be appointed after receipt of applications and selection of suitable candidate.
4. To surrender the NBFC Registration to the RBI w.e.f. April 01, 2015.
5. As stated earlier the Company has started trading in Construction material. |
