| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier letter dated December 22, 2011 wherein the Company had intimated regarding settlement of dispute with a Developer for developing a part of its land at Chandivali, Mumbai and that as per the consent terms the Company is entitled to 50% share of the development of aforesaid Land, Forbes & Company Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company has made applications for requisite approvals for development of aforesaid land at Chandivali and the statutory approvals are expected shortly.
The Board of Directors in its meeting held on October 30, 2014 has ‘in-principle’ approved the launching the project and other related activities for development of aforesaid land subject to necessary approvals. |
