| Exchange Disseminated Time | Bambino Agro Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the audited financial results for the period ended March 31, 2015, and to recommend dividend, if any.
Further, pursuant to the enactment of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider trading Regulations, 2015 the trading window shall remain closed from May 15, 2015 till May 30, 2015 i.e. 48 hours (forty eight hours) after the date on which the financial results as approved by the Board is communicated to the Stock Exchange in terms of “Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading in Securities” to be adopted by the Company. |
