In terms of Regulation 30 and 44(3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, proceeding of the 41st AGM and details of voting results along with scrutinizer's report is enclosed at Annexure-I & II respectively. It is to inform that all resolutions set out in the Notice of 41st AGM were duly approved by shareholders with requisite majority.The chairman's statement delivered at the AGM is also enclosed at Annexure-III.
