| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier announcement dated May 24, 2014 regarding Outcome of Compensation Committee Meeting, Ruchi Soya Industries Ltd has now informed BSE that the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 24, 2014, inter alia, recommended allotment of 14,000 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each at a premium of Rs. 33/- to the eligible employees of the Company on exercise of ESOPs granted to them, pursuant to Employees Stock Option Scheme -2007 of the Company,
Such proposed allotment will, inter alia, be considered by the Board of Directors at its meeting scheduled on May 30, 2014. On such allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company will increase from Rs.66,80,92,844/- to Rs.66,81,20,844/-. |
