(2). The Register of Members & Share Transfer Books shall remain closed from 21st July 2017 to 27th July 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the aforesaid AGM and also ascertaining entitlement of equity dividend payable to the eligible shareholders for the financial year 2016-17.
(3). The equity dividend to be declared at the aforesaid AGM for the financial year 2016-17 shall be paid between 10th August 2017 and 23rd August 2017 to the members whose names appear on the Register of Members and to the beneficial owners whose particulars are furnished by the Depositories as on 20th July 2017, record date fixed for the said purpose.
