In this connection, pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct framed in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 ('the Code'), the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company for persons specified under the code, shall remain closed from 26th October 2017 to 9th November 2017 (both days inclusive).
