1. Preferential Issue of Rs. 25,00,00,000 (Rupees Twenty Five Crores Only) in accordance with Chapter VII of SEBI ICDR Regulations to Non Promoters and to approve the List of Prospective Allottees.
2. Adoption of New Article of Association and New Set of Memorandum of Association as per Section 14 and Section 13 as per Companies Act, 2013.
3. Change in Objects Clause of Memorandum of Association pursuant to Section 13 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules framed thereunder.
4. Discuss and Approve the Notice of Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company to be convened and to fix date and venue of the EGM.
5. To consider and approve increase in Authorized Capital of the Company. |
