1. The Board have upon the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee appointed Mr. Vijay Mathur, who is presently designated as Senior General Manager (Finance), to act as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company, w.e.f. November 01, 2016.
2. The Board of Directors have decided to incorporate a Company in India or abroad.
The Meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 12.45 P.M and concluded at 6.55 P.M.
