| Exchange Disseminated Time | International Combustion India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 07, 2015, has accorded its consent to the following changes/ appointments in the Board of Directors of the Company :-
1. Acceptance of the resignation of Mr. Sukhendu Ray from the Board of Directors of the Company tendered on April 02, 2015.
2. Appointment of Mrs. (Prof.) Bharati Ray as an Independent Woman Director on the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from April 07, 2015.
3. Re-appointment of Mr. lndrajit Sen as the Managing Director of the Company for a further period of three years with effect from May 01, 2015, and
4. Retirement from the services and cessation from the Directorship of the Company of Mr. Sanjoy Saha, Executive Director (Whole-time Director), with effect from May 01, 2015, on the expiry of his current tenure of appointment. |
