| Exchange Disseminated Time 02/09/2016 17:13:53 | Sundaram Multi Pap Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the company will be held on September 10, 2016, inter alia, to consider the following businesses :
1. To discuss the issue of convertible warrants to Promoter/Promoter group of the Company on preferential basis pursuant to the special resolution passed at the 22nd Annual General Meeting of the Company held on August 29, 2016.
Further, pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading] Regulations, 2015, the trading window for trading in the Company's securities by all the Promoters, Directors, Designated Employees and Insiders (as defined in the code) shall remain close from September 06, 2016 to September 13, 2016 (both days inclusive).
The trading window in respect of dealing in the shares of the Company shall reopen from September 14, 2016. |
