Further, pursuant to the Company's Code of Fair Disclosure and Conduct (the Code) for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities by Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Persons and Designated Persons, shall remain closed from Friday, January 26, 2018 upto Friday, February 09, 2018 (both days inclusive) and shall re-open on Saturday, February 10, 2018.
