| Exchange Disseminated Time 03/11/2017 19:54:22 | With reference to the earlier letter dated October 30, 2017 regarding the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on November 06, 2017, inter alia, to consider the Un-audited financial Results of the Company for the Q2 /H1 ended September 30, 2017.
In this regard, Triveni Turbine Ltd has now informed BSE that due to unavoidable circumstances, the meeting of the Board of Directors is postponed and rescheduled to November 08, 2017 to inter-alia consider :
1. Un-audited financial Results of the Company for the Q2/ H1 ended September 30, 2017.
2. Declaration of interim divided on the equity share capital of the Company for the financial year 2017-18 ending March 31, 2018.
Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report the Trading by Insiders, the Trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall continue remain closed upto expiry of 48 hours after the announcement of financial results and shall re-open on November 10, 2017. |
