| Exchange Disseminated Time | VLS Finance Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 09, 2016, inter alia, to consider the Un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2015.
Further, the "Trading Window" of the Company will remain closed from February 01, 2016 to February 11, 2016 (both days inclusive) in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition o Insider Trading) Regulations 2015. It is clarified that "Trading Window" of the Company will remain closed for concerned persons as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015. The aforesaid closure of trading window is not applicable for the general investors and the trading will be open for them. |
