| Exchange Disseminated Time | The Exchange had sought clarification from Tijaria Polypipes Ltd with respect to news appearing in Asian Age on December 03, 2014 titled "SEBI Passes order against 8 firms."
Tijaria Polypipes Ltd replied stating "we would like to inform you that it is not a new development and we have already informed you vide letter dated 29th December, 2011 that we have received the SEBI directions, by way of interim, ex-parte order no. WTM/PS/ID2/146/Dec/2011 dated 28th December, 2011 and as a conclusion the Company have been filed the appeal to SAT (Securities Appellate Tribunal) against the last order passed by the SEBI in June, 2014 and hearing is awaited.
There was no order passed in the matter after June, 2014 by SEBI against the company." |
