1. The Board has taken on record expiration of term of Mr. Sudhir Sundar Rao as Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. May 31, 2015. The Board has also accepted the resignation of Mr. Sudhir Sundar Rao as Director of the Company w.e.f. May 31, 2015.
2. Re-appointment of M/s. T. Raghavendra & Associates, Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors for the Financial Year 2015-16 subject to approval of Members.
3. Approval of Draft Notice and Directors Report of the 23rd Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on June 29, 2015. |
