We now wish to inform that Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench has sanctioned the Scheme of Arrangement between Zuari Investments Limited and Zuari Finserv Private Limited ( formerly known as Horizonview Developers Private Limited) vide its order dated 9th November, 2017. Copy of the order is enclosed.
