1. The Standalone Audited Financial Results of the company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2017 and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the company for the year ended 31st March, 2017 along with Auditors Report on the Standalone Audited Financial Results of the company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2017 and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the company for the year ended 31st March, 2017 and Audit Report with unmodified opinion have been approved and taken on record by the Board of Directors of the company as per Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015. 2. The sale of the Surat Property had completed on 12th May, 2017 and the company has become debt free. The Company will continue to run the said property on Lease rent basis under the brand TGB. The Board has approved and taken note of the same.
The meeting commenced at 4.00 pm and concluded at 11.30 pm.
