Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we hereby intimate you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is likely to be held on 8 August, 2017 to, inter alia, consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending on 30 June, 2017.
It may please also be noted that the trading window as described in 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by insiders' of the Company will be closed for the above purpose from 1 July, 2017 till expiry of 48 hours of submission/publication of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company to the stock exchanges after obtaining the approval of the Board of Directors thereon at the Board meeting aforesaid.
