With reference to our letter of November 10, 2016 intimating the Company's proposal to issue, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of face value Rs. 10 lakhs each ('NCDs') aggregating Rs. 6000 Crores, on a private placement basis and letter dated April 24, 2017, and pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that in terms of the Board authorization dated October 21, 2016 and April 24, 2017, the Company has today, April 25, 2017, allotted its twenty-first tranche of Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of face value Rs. 10 lakh each ('NCDs') aggregating to Rs.225 Crores, as per attached Intimation.
