| Exchange Disseminated Time 16/02/2016 12:18:26 | Kothari Fermentation & Biochem Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 13, 2016, inter alia, has considered and discussed the following agenda items:
1. The Board has approved the policy for Preservation of Documents.
2. The Board has approved the Policy for Determination of Materiality of Events and Information. For the said purpose, Key Managerial Persons (KMPs) were authorized for making disclosures to stock exchange in terms of Regulation 30(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
3. The Board considered matters relating to new SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations. 2015.
4. Reviewing of the business operations of the Company. |
