| Exchange Disseminated Time | IG Petrochemicals Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on July 10, 2015, inter alia for approval of the Unaudited Financial Results for the 1st quarter ended June 30, 2015.
For the above purpose, the Trading Window, pursuant to the Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 has been fixed from July 01, 2015 to July 14, 2015 (both days inclusive) and shall re-open on July 15, 2015.
Accordingly, the Promoters, Directors, Designated Employees and all persons covered under the Code have been advised not to deal in the securities of the Company from July 01, 2015 to July 14, 2015 (both days inclusive). |
