1. Mr. G.G. Trivedi, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer (CEO & CFO) of the Company has been re-designated as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company upon his resignation from the post of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company w.e.f. January 25, 2016.
2. Mr. T. R. Maheshwari, Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Dy. CEO) of the Company is appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company and is re-designated as Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer (Dy. CEO & CFO) of the Company w.e.f. January 25, 2016. |
