1. The Board of Directors considered and approved the Change of name of the Company from Splash Media & Infra Limited to Luharuka Media & Infra Limited subject to approval of Shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
2. The Board of Directors considered and approved the remuneration of Mr. Anil Agrawal, Executive Director subject to approval of Shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
3. The Board of Directors considered and adopted new set of Article of Association as per Companies Act, 2013. |
