| Exchange Disseminated Time | STL Global Ltd has informed BSE that, on January 09, 2012, the Company has filed a Reference to the 'Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction' (BIFR) as the Company has become a 'Sick Industrial Company' pursuant to the provisions of Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985 (SICA).
Further the Company has clarified to BSE that in Company's earlier intimation dated November 16, 2011, the Company have inadvertently mentioned the sending of report to 'BIFR' pursuant to the provisions of Section-23 of the Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act 1985, though actually Company's case is falling under the provisions of Section-15 of the SICA and hence the Company have filed the Reference to BIER as mentioned above. |
