| Exchange Disseminated Time | Country Club India Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2010, inter alia, have approved the following:
1. Adopted the Audited Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account together with the Schedules and Annexure thereto, Auditors Report and Directors Report for the financial year ended on March 31, 2010.
2. Declared Final Dividend @ 5% on paid-up value of the Equity Share Capital of the Company.
3. Re-appointed Mr. Indukuri Venkata Subba Raju, as Director who Is liable to retire by rotation.
4. Re-appointed Mr. D Krishna Kumar Raju, as Director who is liable to retire by rotation.
5. Appointed M/s. P. Murali & Co., Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad as the Statutory Auditors of the Company and approved the proposal of payment of remuneration to the Auditors.
6. Appointment of Mr. Y. Subba Rao, as Director of the Company, who will be liable to retire by rotation.
7. Re-appointed Mr. Y. Siddharth Reddy, as the Vice Chairman, Joint Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of the Company for a further period of 5 years with the existing remuneration. |
