1. To consider and approve Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.
2. To consider and approve to pass resolutions by way of Postal Ballot, pursuant to Section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013.
3. To consider and decide the date of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
4. To consider and decide the dates of closure of Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company; and
5. To consider and if thought fit, to recommend dividend for the Financial Year 2014-15. |
