Further the Company has informed that the Draft Scheme of Arrangement and Demerger, among Vardhman Textiles Ltd and Vardhman Special Steels Ltd & their respective Shareholders & Creditors, which was to be considered in the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on June 28, 2010 shall now be considered in the aforesaid meeting scheduled to be held on July 17, 2010. |
