| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Orient Press Ltd has informed BSE that Ms. Meenakshi Anchlia has resigned from the post of Whole time Company Secretary (Compliance Officer). The Company has accepted her resignation and relieved her from responsibilities effective from close of business hours on January 13, 2016. Consequent to her resignation as Company Secretary Ms. Meenakshi Anchlia also ceases to be Compliance Officer of the Company. Her successor shall be appointed shortly and the same shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange(s). |
