| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier announcement dated May 16, 2013 regarding the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2013, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the last quarter and year ended March 31, 2013 and to recommend dividend, if any, on the Equity Share Capital of the Company for the financial year 2012-13, Shivam Autotech Ltd has now informed BSE that the said meeting to be held on May 28, 2013, the Board will also consider the following:
1. To consider and recommend the appointment of Mrs. Charu Munjal as an Additional Director and "Whole Time Director" of the Company.
2. To consider and approve the variation of remuneration of Mr. Neeraj Munjal, Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. April 01, 2013. |
