1. To consider and approve the Annual Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2011;
2. To consider the proposal to declare Dividend on the Equity Shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2010-11 and to fix the Book Closure dates;
3. To consider the proposal of amalgamation of M/s. Amrutha Estates Hospitality Private Ltd with M/s. Country Club (India) Ltd;
4. To discuss the proposal for raising of funds for the various corporate plans of the Company and to decide the pattern and manner of raising the funds for the same. |
