| Exchange Disseminated Time | The Ramco Cements Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 05, 2015, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 (Q1).
Further the Company has informed that, as per the "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed for the Company's Directors and other designated persons (including their immediate relatives) from July 31, 2015 to August 07, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of approval of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015. |
