| Exchange Disseminated Time | | With reference to the earlier announcement dated February 20, 2009, Hindustan Oil Exploration Company Ltd (HOEC) has informed BSE that the Company has entered into a Loan Agreement with Eni Coordination Centre, S.A., Brussels (ECC) for availing a US Dollar denominated Term Loan by way of External Commercial Borrowing amounting to USD 125 million to part finance the various development activities of the Company including PY-1 Field. The Eni Coordination Centre, based in Brusselsand, is an operational finance centre focused on meeting the financial requirements of foreign-based Companies. |
