(ii) consider and approve declaration of interim dividend on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2017-18.
Pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (Code), the 'Trading Window' for trading in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from 24th August, 2017 and will open 48 hours after the announcement of decision of Board of Directors regarding payment of Interim Dividend to Stock Exchanges on 31st August, 2017.
