| Exchange Disseminated Time 17/10/2016 09:49:45 | LT Foods Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016.
Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from November 03, 2016 till November 17, 2016 (both days inclusive).
Accordingly, all Directors, Designated employees, Insiders and their immediate relatives are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. |
