| Exchange Disseminated Time | Usha Martin Infotech Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 26, 2007, inter alia, have accorded the following:
1. Adoption of the Audited Profit & Loss Account of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007 and the Balance Sheet as that date together with the Report of the Directors & Auditors thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. P Jhawar & Mr. S K Barasia as Directors of the Company.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. S Swarup & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the Auditors of the Company to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, on remuneration, terms & conditions.
4. Re-appointment of Mr. A Sen as Whole-time Director of the Company for a period of two years with effect from March 01, 2007, on remuneration, terms & conditions. |
