Menon as an Independent Director of the Bank, to hold office as such for a second term, commencing from January 23, 2016 upto October 08, 2018 (both days inclusive) being the date of completion of his tenure of 8 continuous years as an Independent/Non-Executive Director of the Bank and that Shri Prasad R. Menon shall not be liable to retire by rotation. |
