| Exchange Disseminated Time | Noida Toll Bridge Company Ltd has informed BSE that Ms. Monisha Macedo has been appointed as a Whole Time Director, on the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from February 23, 2015, subject to shareholders' approval at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company. Ms. Macedo holds 31,000 shares in the Company, representing 0.017% of the issued share capital of the Company.
In terms of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013, Ms. Monisha Macedo has also been appointed as a Key Managerial Personnel with effect from February 23, 2015. |
