| Exchange Disseminated Time | Peninsula Land Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of our Company will be held on February 09, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter / nine months ended December 31, 2014.
Further, as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 (as amended) read with the Revised Code for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of Peninsula Land Limited, the “Trading Window” for trading in the securities of the Company by any “Insider” covered under the said Code will be closed from February 02, 2015 to February 10, 2015 (both days inclusive). |
