1. To alter the Articles of Association of the Company.
2. To keep the Register of Members, Index of Members, Register and Index of Debenture Holders and copies of all Annual Returns together with the copies of certificates and documents required to be annexed thereto, in the office of the Company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, Link Intime India Pvt. Ltd, 59C, Chowringhee Road, 3rd Floor, Kolkata - 700 020 instead of being kept at the Registered Office of the Company. |
