PNB Gilts Ltd has now informed BSE that in pursuance of Section 160 of Companies Act, 2013 and Rules made thereunder, the Company has received a notice from a member proposing therein the candidature of Smt. Usha Ananthasubramanian, Managing Director & CEO, Punjab National Bank to the office of the Director of the Company in the ensuing AGM.
As such, the Company is taking required steps for placing the matter in the AGM. |
