1. Ms. Akanksha Srivastava was appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. November 12, 2016;
2. Mr. B.S. Yadav was appointed as an Additional Director on the Board of the Company w.e.f. November 12, 2016.
3. The Board approved the Job Work Agreement for crushing of Groundnut seeds with M/s. N K Proteins Private Limited under Section 188 of the Companies Act, 2013.
