Techno Broking and Financial Services Private Limited-1,50,000 NCRPS 2) Mr. Nikhil Vinod Mehta-2,00,000 NCRPS. The said Preference Shares are not proposed to be listed on any Stock Exchange.In view of the above the issue and allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 37,95,31,000/- comprising of 19,53,100 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each and 36,00,000 NCRPS of face value of Rs. 100/- each to Rs. 41,45,31,000/- comprising of 19,53,100 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each and 39,50,000 NCRPS of face value of Rs. 100/- each. |
