| Exchange Disseminated Time 12/08/2016 16:14:38 | Parsvnath Developers Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 20, 2016, inter alia, to consider and recommend the matter of issuance of Non - Convertible Debentures on private- placement basis, to the members of the Company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
In this connection, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders (“the Code”) adopted by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for trading in the securities of the Company which was earlier closed from August 05, 2016 to August 18, 2016, shall continue to remain closed till August 23, 2016 for the Insiders covered under the Code. |
