| Exchange Disseminated Time | Addi Industries Ltd has informed BSE about the following changes in the composition of Board of Directors of the Company and other changes:
1. Mr. S. R. Sharma has been appointed as Additional Director with effect from May 26, 2012 and has been inducted as member of the Remuneration Committee;
2. Mr. Hari Bansal who was earlier Whole-time Director of the Company has resigned from the Whole-time Directorship of the Company but has agreed to continue as Director of the Company and accordingly there is a change in his designation from Whole-time Director to Director only;
3. Mr. R. K. Arora who is a qualified member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India has been appointed as Company Secretary of the Company. |
