The Statutory Auditors have conducted a limited review of the above financial results. A copy of the Limited Review Report is enclosed herewith.
The Board of Directors of the Company has declared a 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 7.00 (70%) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each.
The record date for the purpose of payment of the 2nd interim dividend will be 25 November 2017. The interim dividend will be paid / despatched to the shareholders on or before 8 December 2017. |
