Approved the Annual Financial Statements for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2017; 2. Approved the Annual Audited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2017; 3. Approved re-appointment of Mr. Ashok Kumar Gupta as Whole-time Director for a further period of 5 years w.e.f. October 01, 2017, upon expiry of the present tenure of 5 years; 4. Approved convening of 85th Annual General Meeting. The Board did not recommend any Dividend for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2017. Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, we enclose herewith the following: a. Statement of Annual Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2017; b. Auditors Reports on the aforesaid Annual Audited Financial Results - Standalone and Consolidated; c. Declaration in respect of Auditors Report with unmodified opinion. |
